Interior Paint Color Trends for Fall

Every season has its color trends. We’re running a little late for fall 2014, but there’s still time to paint your interior with the hottest paint color trends for this season. In this article, we’ll go over the interior paint color trends for fall 2014. You can decide if you like any enough to go ahead and repaint your interior this season.

Deep rich color is in season

Rich seems to be the word to describe the color trends for this fall season. There’s a lot of depth to the colors that are on the list as trends for Fall 2014. Plum, Indigo and Wine are just some of the colors that are set to deepen and enrich your home this fall.

Other autumnal color options abound

Of course, if you don’t want to go in that direction, you don’t have to. HGTV has a different color palette suggested for you, one that’s more autumnal in nature.

How about bronze with orange and red accents? Maybe you prefer copper tones with Venetian red plaster?  Are you more neutral? Great! You can use whites, beiges and tans with pops of color in orange, copper and wine.

Maybe comfortable and chic is your thing. Pumpkin-colors are always in during the fall. You can complement them with browns and lighter-colored accessories.

What about neutrals?

Perhaps you want to go for a more natural color? The trend is to mix a rich, bold color with a more neutral that’s inspired by nature. For example, take a deep, rich indigo and pair it with white for a nautical and beautiful look that’s inspired by the sea.
